FROM VERONICA REED & WALTER KLAIN...
"Ya'a'teeh. Hello, everyone. We can hardly believe that our 20 year reunion is just right around the corner. It has been interesting to read all about what everyone else has been up to. Walter and I are still together. We just celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary (but started going out our Freshman year in high school). Every year of marriage brings something new and exciting. We still continue to live in the Page area. We have four sons, Stephan (20), Kyron (19), Warren (17) and Loren (11). We have really enjoyed raising our family in the same school system we attended. We have both been very active in the schools as well. Walter and I coached for a number of years in the basketball program. Our last group of boys that we coached will be seniors this year. I truely believe Walter has made a tremendous contribution to the success of the boys basketball team at the state playoffs the last couple of years by working year around with the players since they were either 8 or 12 years of age (YEAH! Go Sand Devils).
Our oldest son is in his third year at NAU, our second is in his second year at our local college-Coconino Community College, our third is a senior this year at Page High School and our youngest is at Page Middle School.
When my oldest son was in fourth grade I decided to return to school and haven't stopped since. I am currently the K-8 Principal for Shonto Schools. Hopefully, I'll be making my way back to PUSD. I just finished my Superintendent certification. Walter returned to school as well. He was pursuing an elementary education degree (a year left to go) but deterred to facility management. He currently works at our home community at Kaibeto Boarding School. Other than day to day work, raising kids, enjoying life, family and friends we can't complain. One of our sons will be getting married later this month and yet happens another celebratory event in our lives. We still stay in close contact with a few friends like Russel and Debra, Stanley and Deb, Ginney, Claudia, Marlo among others.
We voted for late July due to school issues as well. Looking forward to see you all! We'll post a family picture later...when we can catch our breath and stand still for one!

Our children are all grown now and we have several grandchildren. Someday we will have to take a vacation back to Lake Powell as tourists. I still keep in touch with a couple of the people in town.

FROM LORI YUCKER...
"Hi everybody...After numerous failed attempts, I have been humbled beyond belief that I can't do this blogging thing! So - I only teach Kindergarten. Is that a good excuse? Anyway - yes, I am in my 13th year here in the west valley teaching K and loving every minute of it.
I am married with a darling 3 year old princess and 2 older step sons. One is in the Air Force, stationed in Afghanistan right now. The other is in the Army and will be going to Iraq in the winter. He has a wife and baby. So - yes, put 2 and 2 together - your youngest class member is also a grandma (BUT - by MARRIAGE only)!!!
What else? We love doing family stuff and spend most of our free time at church. We're both on the board, and my husband went back to school at Phoenix Seminary after retiring from the Marines after a long dedicated 20-year career. It is very inspiring to see him doing this on faith after so many years of not doing the school thing.
My Page family is doing well. My dad is retired and now busier than ever. My mom is working 3 jobs and loving it. They also take care of my grandma now. She still gets around well and was able to go with us to Disneyland over the fall break. My sister, Julie, lives in Tucson and drives for SW Ambulance and works at Tony Romas.
Other past tidbits: graduated with a business degree from UofA (go Wildcats!), lived in WA state for awhile with my 1st husband, Erik (who was at 10 yr reunion), worked in medical admin up there, went back to school at UW for teaching certificate, moved back to AZ, got master's degree in education, lived all over the valley of the sun, was a foster mom for 4 years to 10 children ...........and here comes the happily ever after! (see paragraph 2!!!) Whew! I am completely enjoying this calm part of life!
Can't wait to see ya'll! If you haven't been back, be prepared for the lake to look WAY different! We go up every summer at least a couple of times ... and it has been pretty low. Ok - that is way enough. Thanks for reading this far. Above is a picture of my family on Mother's Day 2005.

FROM TRAVIS ANDERSON...
Hello from Medina, OH!
It's hard to believe that it has already been almost 20yrs. Where did all of the time go? After school I joined the Navy and had a blast (well, not all the time, but quite a bit of it!). After I made E-7 in 1996 and given the talk about reducing retirement benefits, I decided it was probably best to venture out into the real world.
I got married and divorced while I was in the Navy...all that sea time is definitely not good for the marriage...and when I got out, I moved to Ohio to be close to my son (he is 16 now). It turns out that was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Shortly after moving to Ohio, I met the most wonderful woman on earth and we have been married for 5 years now. No kids yet, not unless you count our Australian shepard and Russian Blue cat as kids!
I've been working in the manufacturing service sector since I got out of the service and now have a degree in IT. I'm currently a plant manager for an international company called Iron Mountain (www.ironmountain.com). Again, hit the jackpot here...IM is an awesome company (rare these days) and I enjoy going into work "most" of the time.
All this and only 25mins from Tribe home games...Life is Good!
Anyway, best way to catch me is using tanderso@zoominternet.net or traviswanderson@nextel.blackberry.net. The first email is a personal address, but it, as well as my work email, all gets forwarded to my blackberry.
Not sure if I will be able to attend the reunion, but I'm looking forward to catching up with everyone!!
Travis
PS. After seeing all the pictures posted, am I the only one who got the bad hair gene!?! :(
